processes your information (personal data) as a responsible person within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
There is no obligation for me to appoint a data protection officer.
If you give me your data, I will use it to contact you and to stay in contact with you, to exchange my offers with you or to cooperate on a contractual basis in the future. This includes among others your letters, faxes, business cards, e-mails or telephone messages that you leave on my answering machine.
I will delete your data when I no longer need them and any existing statutory archiving periods - usually 10 years - have expired.
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of certain contracts (e.g. financial accounting, tax advice) or if you have given your consent.
In addition, I have service providers who look after my computer and telephone systems and support me in providing services but may only process your data on my instructions.
You can exercise your right to information as well as correction, deletion, restriction of the processing of your data - as far as this is permitted by the statutory documentation requirements - via my contact address.
If I cannot help you further here, you may appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.
Many thanks - your editorial office
